Hospital Emergency Recovery & Outpatient Insurance ...
Pays benefits for treatment of an injury caused by an accident, including a daily benefit for in-patient hospitalization and recovery care following hospital confinement, a per accident benefit for intensive care, emergency room treatment and physician's care, plus a monthly benefit for total disability following out-patient surgery for accident-related injuries. We also offer an Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit Policy that pays a benefit of $50,000, increasing to $75,000 after 10 years.
Accident Income Insurance ...
Pays a monthly benefit for total and partial disability for accident-related injuries. Also provides a monthly benefit for up to six months for a continuing total disability for accident-related injuries and a lump sum accidental death benefit.
Disability Accident Insurance ...
Pays a monthly benefit for total and partial disability and a lump sum benefit for total and permanent disability for injury caused by an accident.
